The National Counselling Society (NCS) plays an important role within the professon of counselling here in the UK and in May 2013 the Society was one of the first organisations to gain Accredited Register status with the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register programme.

It is important you choose a qualified and experienced therapist and one that feels right! It can take a while before you start to see and feel progress but you will start to feel better.
