Let life flow through you in 2018
Happy 2018 and with blessings for each and every one of us to find the flow of life from within and to live it with gratitude I hope the healing that you need can be found and the forces of love, creativity and relationship rekindled.
Much like the Homeopathic cure that works on the energetic levels of the organism movement psychotherapy is profoundly effective in treating the disturbances of the vital life force within the individual. Through Movement we enter into relationship, through movement we came into this world wriggling, crying, responding and sensing…..So, through movement we can heal our relationships, through movement we can find our creativity and through movement we can connect to the vital life force that is our life force.
Through movement we can practice presence and each session we explore this sometimes for short periods and sometimes longer!
We can pay attention to the heart because it is from the heart that we need to connect again.
We can be honest and tell the truth
And we can let go and have faith
So my invitation is for you to embrace your vital life energy, to live it, wear it and give voice to it. We are all vibration and linking our vibration again with the earth, with others and with ourselves from our interior core, heart and soul is like finding your unique essence or the unique remedy you are for life which is through the other.
“On the day when the weight deadens on your shoulders and you stumble, may the clay dance to balance you.
And when your eyes freeze behind the grey window and the ghost of loss gets into you, may a flock of colours, indigo, red, green and azure blue come to awaken in you a meadow of delight.
When the canvas frays in the currach of thought and a stain of ocean blackens beneath you, may there come across the waters a path of yellow moonlight to bring you safely home.
May the nourishment of the earth be yours, may the clarity of light be yours, may the fluency of the ocean be yours, and may the protection of the ancestors be yours.
And so may a slow wind work these words of love around you, an invisible cloak to mind your life.
